What we’re looking for:
Technical background – mechanical, railway or related field
German language skills – an important part of the role
Experience in freight wagon maintenance would be a strong advantage
Knowledge of VPI, GCU and UIC requirements and standards is highly appreciated
Good understanding of freight wagon construction, components and maintenance processes
Ability to work with workshops, suppliers, customers and other railway partners across Europe
English language skills for everyday international communication
The role involves coordinating and supervising maintenance activities, solving technical issues, working with repair workshops and supporting the safe and reliable operation of our wagon fleet.
If you already have experience in freight wagon maintenance – great. If you have a solid technical background and railway knowledge and want to develop further in this area, we would also be happy to hear from you
